Many boats stay in for day two of White Marlin Open

In Ocean City, it's day two of the 44th Annual White Marlin Open and 24 hours did little to help the men and women hitting the water.

It was tough on the water Monday and again on Tuesday, anything but sea-worthy.

Only 12 boats hit the sea, but the open's director says this isn't too uncommon since some years they will have no one go out.

It just means almost every boat will be out the last three days of the tournament making it quite the competition for the last leg of the open.

One fisherman, Ryan Savage, who is waiting to hit the waters Wednesday says, "It's mayhem. There's obviously a lot of competition, a lot of big guys here from all over the world and so the stacks are high but we're going to give it our best and it's cool you know we're fishing with the worlds best."
