Westover man arrested on disorderly conduct at stranger’s home

Westover man was arrested after Wicomico County deputies say he refused to cooperate with their investigation.
Deputies say they responded to a home on the 800 block of Booth Street in Salisbury, on Tuesday just after 12 AM, for a report of a person banging on the back door of the home. According to the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, a deputy found a visibly intoxicated man who they later identified as 46-year-old Terry Corbett, of Westover.
Investigators say that Corbett was behind another person's home and that he began making threatening and racially critical comments to the deputy. According to the report, Corbett was later arrested after continuing that behavior and allegedly refusing to identify himself or cooperate with the deputy.
Officials say Corbett was taken in front of the District Court Commissioner and was released on a $3,000 unsecured bond on disorderly conduct along with hinder and obstruct charges.
