UPDATE: Fourth suspect arrested in Pine Grove Apartments murder

Police say the final suspect in a Dover murder investigation has been arrested.

The Dover Police Department reports that 28-year-old Raymond Ward of Wyoming, was arrested without incident on Monday just after 1:45 PM at a home on the 100 block of Terry Drive in Magnolia. Ward was wanted in connection to the June 27th  murder of Dequan Dukes at the Pine Grove apartments The U.S Marshal's Fugitive Task force made the arrest with assistance from the Dover Police Department, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit, and the Delaware State Police.

According to the report, Ward had a loaded .38 caliber handgun in his possession at the time of the arrest. In addition to the offenses he was wanted for, Ward was also charged with possession of firearm/ammunition by person prohibited, and possession of firearm/ammunition while being a fugitive wanted for felony.

He was later turned over to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on a $122,000 cash bond.
