Police: Suspect wanted after two shot in a Dover neighborhood within hours

Police say that they are investigating a shooting of an 18-year-old man on Wednesday night and a 37-year-old man on Thursday morning, both happening in the Capital Green neighborhood in Dover.
According to Dover Police, the first shooting happened at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Officers responded to the 400 block of River Road in the Capital Green neighborhood, for reports of shots fired. Officers arrived and found a scene where several shell casings were on the ground.
A few minutes later, police say that officers learned that the 18-year-old male victim arrived at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital with a single gunshot wound to the lower back. The victim was reportedly treated and released for his injuries and is described as being minimally cooperative by detectives.
At 4:31 a.m. on Thursday, officers responded to the 400 block of River Road for another call of shots fired. Police say that officers arrived and found a 37-year-old male victim with a gunshot wound to his upper body. The victim was taken to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital by medical personnel, where he is currently undergoing treatment for a serious injury.
Witnesses in the area said that several people were in the area at the time of the shooting and that an argument may have taken place before the shooting. Police say that at this time, there is nothing linking the two shootings, but detectives have not ruled out the possibility of them being somehow related.
