Police looking for suspect after man allegedly shot in Milton

Police say that they are investigating a shooting that happened in Milton on Wednesday night.
According to Delaware State Police, at 10:33 p.m. on Wednesday night, troopers responded to the 12000 block of Reynolds Road in Milton for a report of a man that was shot.
Upon troopers arrival, they reportedly learned that a 21-year-old man had been shot in the upper torso, and that he was taken from the scene by a privately owned vehicle to the Milton Fire Department.
Police say that the victim was then taken by EMS to the hospital where he was admitted in stable condition. Through further investigation, troopers reportedly learned that several people arrived at the Reynolds Road address to fight another person when an unknown man fired multiple shots striking the victim once in the torso.
No one else was injured as a result of the shooting.
