Officials: Body found in Dorchester Co. identified, foul play not suspected

The Dorchester County Sheriff's Office says that a body found on July 1 was identified last Sunday.
According to deputies, the Sheriff's Office learned that the remains found on Lower Hooper's Island were those of 70-year-old Ryamond Dudderar of Saint Mary's County, He had been reported missing to the Maryland State Police on June 6.
Deputies say that no foul play was indicated. The Maryland State Police and Maryland Natural Resources Police helped in the investigation.
On Saturday June 1, deputies responded to Tom Point's Road for a report of human remains being found. Deputies were then led to a location along the shoreline where a badly decomposed human corpse was found.
The remains were collected and sent to the Maryland State Medical Examiner's Office in Baltimore to be identified.
