Gold alert canceled for Milford man

Police say that a gold alert for a missing Milford man has been canceled on Thursday.

According to Delaware State Police, 29-year-old William Puffenbarger of Milford, has been found and is in good condition.

The gold alert has been canceled.

A gold alert was issued for Puffenbarger on Tuesday after troopers were unable to make contact him to check on his welfare, attempts to find him were unsuccessful and there was a real concern for his safety and welfare.

Anyone with information on where Puffenbarger was, was asked to call Delaware State Police or Delaware Crime Stoppers.
