Expect delays: construction on Civic Avenue begins July 17

In Salisbury commuters may experience some delays in traffic.

Officials say that in the continuation of improvements made to the city, a private contractor will be working on Civic Avenue. Which is between Mount Hermon Road and Wi Hi Stadium.

Construction is expected to begin at 7 a.m. and  last until 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 17. Officials say the project will be completed on Tuesday July, 18, at 4:30 p.m.
