Del. company displays products during ‘Made In America Week’

One Delaware company is representing the state at the nation's capital.

ILC Dover  a manufacturing company out of Frederica has been chosen to display their products at the White House during 'Made in America Week'. This designated week gives each state an opportunity to showcase a product made in the country in an effort to encourage more companies to manufacture locally.

On Monday, ILC Dover displayed a spacesuit and a product from their pharmaceutical line.
 
"It's an honor to represent not only ILC but all companies in Delaware that manufacturing goods to help others in the state and world," Bradford Walters, the General Manager at ILC Dover.

U.S. Senator Chris Coons has released a statement in response to Made In America Week .

       "If we really want to support and grow American manufacturing we need more than theme weeks and slogans; we need new ideas, new policies, and real leadership from the White House."
