DE Police arrest unconscious man in Royal Farms bathroom

In Sussex County,  police have arrested a man wanted in connection to a June robbery.

On Tuesday, July 4, 2017, Richard Oneal of Delmar, 31, was found unconscious in the bathroom of a local Royal Farms.

Upon arrival, police found drug evidence in the bathroom of  in the store, the vehicle Oneal arrived in and his clothing.

Oneal was then transported for treatment  at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital.

After further investigation -police arrested Oneal after being released from the hospital – for a  robbery and assault that he committed on June 25, 2017, near Georgetown.

Richard Oneal was charged with first degree Robbery among other charges and was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution with a $60,800.00 cash bond.
