Dance instructor arrested for alleged sexual contact with Dover student

Police say that a 65-year-old dance instructor is awaiting extradition from New York on an unlawful sexual contact charge after having sexual contact with a 17-year-old male dance student in Dover.
The incident was reported by the victim and his parents on June 26 at 9:50 a.m. The incident allegedly happened on June 23 at the Dance Conservatory on Otis Drive. According to the victim, Alexander Boitsov of Hockessin took the victim to a locker room during a session on the 23rd.
While inside the locker room, the victim was reportedly told to undress, then Boitsov allegedly engaged in sexual contact with the victim. Dover Police obtained an arrest warrant for a single count of second degree unlawful sexual contact for Boitsov and Boitsov was arrested on June 28 in New York City by the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force at the Ellison School of Ballet without incident.
Boitsov is reportedly in custody in the state of New York while he awaits extradition to Delaware. Boitsov is reportedly known to travel to various dance schools to provide lessons.
