UPDATE: Name of victim killed in Laurel car crash released

Police are releasing the name of a 59-year-old that died in a fatal bicycle crash that happened east of Laurel on Wednesday morning.

According to Delaware State Police, the victim was identified as Steven Oney of Laurel.

The crash is still being investigated by the Collision Reconstruction Unit.
