Delmar celebrates 41st Delmarva’s Day in the Park

In Delmar Saturday, people were out enjoying the beautiful weather for the 41st Delmarva's Day in the Park.

Whether it's rock climbing, horse back riding, or even darts, the Delmar community enjoyed this fundraising event for the Delmar Chamber of Commerce.

Chair person, Conrad Morgan, says each year they try and bring new attractions the community will enjoy.

All while raising money for the Chamber so they can put on events throughout the year, like the Christmas parade.

"It's a great way to bring the kids out and bring Delmar which is such a tight knit community together so that they can enjoy it and have a wonderful day. We were blessed with great weather, you know, some years it's not so great but this year we lucked out," says Morgan.

Morgan tells 47 ABC, this event is the biggest fundraising event for the Delmar Chamber of Commerce each year.
