Two charged with manufacturing meth in Salisbury home

Two occupants of a Salisbury home are facing charges of methamphetamine manufacturing following a search warrant conducted Tuesday, officials with the Criminal Investigation Division of the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office announced.
Officials say a search and seizure warrant was conducted at a residence in the 27000 block of Patriot Drive, with officials reportedly discovering equipment and chemicals consistent with a meth laboratory. Authorities called in members of the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Wicomico County Narcotics Task Force, with an additional search revealing heroin, syringes and ammunition in the home, officials said.
The residents of the home, 30-year-old Rory John Casale and 33-year-old Crystal Lynn Stephens, were arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of ammunition by persons prohibited and maintaining a common nuisance residence.
Both suspects have been committed without bond.
