Special election held in Dover to fill city council seat

A special election in Dover is being held Tuesday to fill the city's first district council seat.
Voting started at 7 AM and polls remain open until 8 PM. Voters can cast their ballots at the Elk's Lodge at 200 Saulsbury Road, officials said.
Voters are choosing between Rachel L. Dunning, Matthew J. Lindell and Ronald G. Poliquin.
The term for the seat runs from May 24th until May 13, 2019.
