Medical cannabis dispensary now open in Lewes

A medical marijuana dispensary in Sussex County is now open for business.

First State Compassion Center officially opened their doors Friday in Lewes, Delaware. The new facility is open to qualified patients in Delaware.

The Compassion Center  has an array of products used to treat specific conditions and for relief. The center dispenses its own Delaware-grown cannabis in the form of capsules and oils to topicals.

In a press release, FSCC President Mark Lally stated, "Our foremost goal is the care we take of our patients, and that includes having the best medicine and the most caring staff. We built our new space focusing on the patient experience, aiming to create a modern, comfortable feel and an environment that enhances patients' comfort while they safely explore products for their care."
