Employee assaulted at Stevenson House Detention Center

Officials say that an employee was assaulted at the Stevenson House Juvenile Detention Center in Milford yesterday evening. 

Milford police say around 6p.m., a 16-year-old boy assaulted a youth rehabilitation counselor. The counselor suffered minor injuries.
 
The suspect faces additional charges including second degree assault and terroristic threatening.
