DSP still looking for SUV involved in fatal Dover hit and run

Delaware State Police are asking for the public's assistance to help identify a vehicle involved in a hit and run that killed a bicyclist in Dover on May 4th.
The DSP Collision Reconstruction Unit says the vehicle is believed to be a 2002 or 2003 maroon GMC Envoy. Officials say it likely has damage to the front grill or hood area, along with the lower bumper.
On May 4th at around 11:45 PM, this vehicle reportedly struck 52-year-old Kevin S. Freese on McKee Road. Freese, who police say was not wearing a helmet, later died at Kent General Hospital.
