DSP searching for suspect in Kent County heroin distribution investigation

The Delaware State Police Drug Unit is searching for a Dover man who they say is wanted for distributing heroin.

Kenneth L. Holland, 46, is a suspect in an investigation into the sale of heroin throughout Kent County, police said. He is wanted on charges of possession of heroin, possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
