Senators Chris Coon and Tom Carper were joined by Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester.

The trio fielded questions on things such as the allegations that President Trump leaked information to Russia and questions about the possible health care fallout.

"Everyone's really sort of seeing they have a voice that they didn't think they had before and they're seeing that now with all these marches that are going on with all these sort of opportunities for activism and sort of being ready to be heard by our senators and representatives, just sort of feeling like they do want to hear what you have to say, they do care," said junior Lily Peterson.

Coons said their engagement is promising for a group that could p lay a key role in the next mid-term elections in 2018.

A re-election year for senior Sen.  Tom Carper  should he choose to run again.
