Three people charged after Dover drug investigation

Police say that three Dover residents were arrested on Thursday night following a drug investigation.

According to Dover Police, officers wrapped up a drug investigation with a traffic stop on Thursday night. Around 10:40 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Carvel Drive stemming from a drug investigation.

During the stop, the driver, 26-year-old Quajer Washington, was reportedly found to be in possession of marijuana. The two passengers, 35-year-old Jessica Renner, and 28-year-old Quaheem Hall were reportedly found to be in possession of 114 bags of heroin.

Police say that Washington was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to be held on an unsecured bond. Renner was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and second degree conspiracy. She was ordered to be held on $4,250 secured bond at the Baylor Women's Correctional Center.

Quaheem Hall was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and possesion of heroin. He was ordered to be held on $4,250 bond at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center.
