Smyrna residents vote for mayor, town council seats

Smyrna residents are choosing their next mayor and two council members.

Voting began at 7 AM and polls close at 8 PM. Residents can cast ballots at the Citizens Hose Company Number One on West Commerce Street.

John Embert III is running unopposed for mayor, Alvin Pope is running unopposed for the District Two council seat and the following candidates are contending for the at large council seat: Joseph Hickey, Jennifer Hunter, William Pressley Sr. and William Wilson III.
