Police searching for Millsboro Dollar General armed robbery suspect

Delaware State Police say they are investigating an armed robbery that happened Tuesday evening at the Dollar General in Millsboro.

Just after 9:50 PM, officials say man armed with a handgun entered the store in the 26,000 block of John Williams Highway and demanded money from a store employee. The suspect reportedly grabbed cash and ran from the store in an unknown direction.

Police describe the suspect as a white male standing about 5' 9" to 6' tall, weighing about 150 to 160 pounds and wearing a dark hoodie covering his face.
