Trial postponed in case of a body found in Somerset Co.

A trial has been postponed in the case of a body found in Somerset County.

23-year-old Kevin Nixon was scheduled in court on February 27, but that has been delayed until July 19. Nixon is being tried in Baltimore County because that's where the alleged crime happened.

Authorities believe Nixon was involved in the death of Damon Jennings back in 2015. Jennings was stabbed to death,and about nine days after his death, his body was dumped along a road in Eden.

Nixon is accused of helping dispose of the body. He's charged with first and second degree accessory after the fact of murder.
