Police officer hears gunshots, finds fatally shot man in Dover

The Dover Police Department is investigating the death of a 25-year-old Dover man.

During a patrol of the Towne Point Apartments, police heard gunshots Tuesday night around 7:30 p.m.  

The officer on the scene checked the area and found 25-year-old Rodney Miller inside of a parked vehicle. Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
