MD State Police investigate early morning double shooting in Salisbury

Maryland State Police are investigating a double shooting that happened in Salisbury Friday morning.

Officials say shortly after 1 a.m.  Maryland State Police reported to the 1000 block of Tuscola Avenue for a reported shooting involving two victims.

Upon arrival troopers learned  that  22-year-old Ta'Yron Baine of Sailsbury and a 16-year-old female from Delmar were reportedly sleeping in the residence when a suspect fired 5 rounds into the bedroom window.

Both victims were transported to Peninsula Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is still on-going.
