Downtown Salisbury construction on track

Construction on Salisbury's Main Street appears is on track, despite a temporary halt in December.

Officials say Phase One is still scheduled to be completed by the end of 2017.

We're told days had been built in for the remediation, and officials have been back on the ground with their equipment.

Phase two is expected to be completed by the end of 2018, when we're told streets will be completely reopened.
