Dover man sentenced after pleading guilty to raping minor

Officials say that a Dover man will spend the next 30 years in prison following his guilty plea for raping a child.

51-year-old Bobby Harrell was found guilty and sentenced for second degree rape and first degree reckless endangering.

In May 2015, Harrell had sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl left in his care. After the 30-year sentence, Harrell will have to serve three years of probation.
