Trials set for men charged in connection with fatal Sinepuxent bay accident

Trials have been set for two men involved in a Sinepuxent Bay boating accident that resulted in the death of a nine year old boy last August.
The trial for Dustin Healey of New Jersey, the operator of the boat, has been set for March 20. Healey faces negligent operation of a vessel charges.
The trial for Tyler Barnes, the operator of Ocean City Water Sports, which is the company that rented out the boat, has been set for April 18 in Worcester County District Court. Barnes faces charges including improper equipment on a rental vessel.
Kaden Frederick, one of 17 people aboard the pontoon, slipped off the bow and died after being hit by the propeller.
