Police: Man cited after train clips car

One driver was charged with a citation after a minor train-involved crash Monday evening, according to authorities.
Lieutenant Brian Swafford of the Fruitland Police Department tells 47ABC the crash happened between Cedar Lane and Route 13.
Labeled on the side of the train is "liquefied petroleum gas"; however, it's unclear exactly what the train is carrying.
We're told the unidentified male driver ignored warning lights near the train tracks. Lieutenant Swafford tells us the train clipped the back of the car.
The minor crash left the car unable to be driven but not completely damaged; however, it was towed.
No one was hurt as a result of the crash, according to Swafford.
As of 7:30 p.m. Monday, no major roads were blocked; however, Fruitland fire officials say some crossing gates are currently down so drivers can expect some irregular traffic patterns for the next hour.
