New House bill would crack down on massage parlors

In Delaware, a bill introduced in the House plans to increase oversight on massage parlors in the state.
The legislation would specifically define what a massage establishment is and create the Board of Massage and Bodywork.
This proposed measure follows Human Trafficking Awareness Month in January.
Former Delaware governor Jack Markell made the designation this year.
In an interview earlier this year, Nancy McGee, a coordinator for the Sexual Assault Network in Delaware, told 47 ABC that massage parlors and bodywork businesses have been linked to sex trafficking.
