Motions hearing postponed in the case of a body found in Somerset Co.

A hearing has been postponed in the case of a body found in Somerset County.
23 year-old Kevin Nixon was scheduled on Monday in court for a motions hearing, but that's been delayed until Friday. The case is being heard in Baltimore County because that's where the alleged crime took place.
Authorities believe Nixon was involved in the death of Damon Jennings back in 2015. Jennings was stabbed to death, and about nine days after his death, his body was dumped along a road in Eden.
Nixon, who is a former student at UMES, is accused of helping dispose of the body. He's charged with first and second degree accessory after the fact of murder.
His trial is set to begin on February 27.
