Milford Police search for Wawa robbery suspect
Milford Police say they are investigating a robbery of the Wawa on North DuPont Highway that happened Tuesday night.
At around 11:45 PM, police say a man entered the Wawa and gave an employee a note demanding money and stating he was armed with a gun.
The employee reportedly turned over cash and the suspect fled from the store.
No injuries were reported.
Police released a description of the suspect on Wednesday that soon led to tips identifying him as 23-year-old Joseph W. Prouse, Jr.
