Hurlock man arrested for not finishing work he was paid to do

Police say a Hurlock man has been arrested for obtaining property of a vulnerable adult and theft under $1,000 in Easton.
According to Easton Police on Friday, police served an arrest warrant on 52-year-old Tom Fisher of Hurlock after on October 27, 2015, he allegedly took payment for work he was to do at an elderly person's home on one of the home's appliances. Fisher reportedly never returned to finish the work, according to charging documents.
The alleged victim filed for charges and the District Court Commissioner issued an arrest warrant. Fisher was processed on the warrant at the Easton Police Department and he was taken before a District Court Commissioner.
Fisher was released at that time on his personal recognizance pending trial in this matter.
