Head-on collision in Easton; two flown to Shock Trauma

Maryland State Police say they are investigating a head-on collision that happened shortly before 11 AM Monday in Easton.

The crash reportedly happened on Dover Road near Black Dog Alley.

According to police, a red Dodge pickup truck struck a Hyundai Sonata.

Police say both drivers, Howard Wooters and Claude Patrick, were flown by helicopter to Shock Trauma in Baltimore.

Wooters was reportedly partially ejected from his vehicle during the crash.

There is no statement on their conditions at this time.

Traffic was blocked on Md. Route 331 for approximately one hour, MSP said.
