Salisbury woman stabbed in the arm by her daughter

Maryland State Police say a woman was stabbed in the arm late Wednesday morning in Salisbury.

Police report that an altercation took place on Nevins Place at around 11:24 AM. During the dispute, a woman reportedly stabbed her mother in the arm.

The mother was treated for non-life threatening injuries at Peninsula Regional Medical Center.

The daughter, who is in her 30s, has not yet had charges filed against her, police said.

MSP is continuing to investigate the incident.
