Police say disorderly Salisbury man had loaded handgun

The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says they arrested a man in possession of a stolen handgun on Sunday night when a deputy responded to a disturbance in Salisbury.
At around 10:40, an officer responded to a residence in the 600 block of Cook Drive where 41-year-old Kevin White was yelling and behaving disorderly, police said.
The deputy reportedly saw White possessing a ziplock bag containing a handgun.
Police say the deputy discovered the gun was loaded and had been reported stolen in Delaware. A background check showed that White had a previous criminal conviction and was thus not legally allowed to possess a firearm.
White was arrested and is charged with possession of a concealed deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, possession of a stolen firearm and disorderly conduct.
White has been committed to the Wicomico County Detention Center without bond, officials said.
