Police investigate shooting of occupied Dover home

Dover Police say they are investigating a shooting on Sunday evening where a window was shot through at a home.

At around 8:09 PM officers responded to the Towne Point Apartments area in regards to a shots fired complaint.

A woman living in the 300 block of Frear Drive showed police damage to her window and a bullet lying on the floor inside her home.

Police say people were inside the home at the time of the shooting, however no one was injured.
