Milford Police arrest shoplifting suspect, also wanted in Pa.

Milford Police say they arrested a man for shoplifting on Friday who is also wanted in Pennsylvania.

Asset protection staff at the Milford Walmart reportedly saw 44-year-old Rodney L. Boddy of Bear steal a GPS and several over-the-counter medications.

They contacted Milford Police, who arrived shortly thereafter and took Boddy into custody, officials said.

Police discovered there is an active warrant out for Boddy's arrest in Pennsylvania.

Boddy is charged with shoplifting, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and possession of shoplifters tools.

He is currently being held at Sussex Correctional Institution on a bail of $3,000 secured, officials said.
