Milford man arrested for sexually soliciting a minor

Milford Police say a Milford man was arrested following an investigation into a sexual solicitation of a child under 18 years of age.

Chad Dukes, 20, allegedly engaged in sexual acts with the victim. He and the victim reportedly used social media to communicate.

Dukes is charged with sexual solicitation of a child under 18 and two charges of fourth degree rape.

He has been committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on a bail of $40,000 secured.
