Duo wanted for Kent and Sussex crimes arrested in Dover

Delaware State Police say detectives arrested two suspects on Monday who were wanted for numerous theft and burglary related charges throughout Smyrna, Clayton, Kenton and Selbyville.
Tanner McElwee, 18, of Wilmington, and Andrew Mudry, 19, of Dover, were arrested at a residence on Deer Street in Dover, police said.
Detectives reportedly took the two into custody without incident.
In addition to being accused of committing various theft crimes, police say the two were also wanted for firing a handgun at two juveniles in Selbyville.
Both are charged with first degree burglary, two counts of reckless endangering, second degree conspiracy and multiple other charges including felony theft.
Police say Mudry is also charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts of possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, receiving a stolen firearm, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
Both have been committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center, McElwee on $49,008 cash bond and Munry on $139,208 cash bond.
