Delaware State Police are investigating a serious crash involving a bicyclist

UPDATE: DSP have identified the victim as Coleman C. Lauterbach, 62, of Georgetown.
Officials say he is still in critical condition at Christiana Medical Center.

Delaware State Police are investigating a serious crash involving a bicyclist that happened yesterday.
According to officials, the accident happened around 5:35 p.m.
We're told 24-year-old Chelsea Rohrbach was driving a MINI Cooper westbound on East Market Street, just west of Burton Street.
It appears a 62-year-old Georgetown man was riding his bicycle in the same area and crossed in front of the car.
That's when he was hit and later airlifted from the scene. He is currently in critical condition.
DSP say he was not wearing a helmet at the time. Rohrbach was not injured during this accident.
Officials are continuing their investigation into this incident and they are asking anyone who witnessed this crash to contact State Police at 302-703-3267.
