According to police around 2 a.m. on January 28, 2017, Salisbury Police officers were conducting a
routine patrol check on the Plaza when they encountered a large crowd and disturbance in the 200 block of W. Main St.

We are told there was a crowd, estimated around 150 people, as they quickly dispersed as the officers arrived.

Officers say they were approached by a female victim saying that she had been stabbed. The victim was transported to PRMC for medical treatment.
