AR-15, 655 bags of heroin found during probationary visit to Selbyville home

Delaware State Police say three people were arrested Monday after Probation and Parole Officers uncovered a rifle and heroin during a probationary visit.
Police report that at around 10:55 Monday morning officers from the Sussex County Governor's Task Force responded to the the residence of 38-year-old Brad A. Fosque in the 31000 block of Lighthouse Road in Selbyville.
Probation officers reportedly found a gun case in the living room with an AR-15 inside. They say they found two fully loaded magazines with 63 rounds of .223 ammo.
Officers then found 655 bags containing 9.825 grams of heroin hidden inside a trash bag, police said.
Fosque and another man at the residence also on probation, 28-year-old Phillip M. Smith II of Frankford, were taken into custody. Troopers and probation officers additionally arrested 26-year-old William Hudson, the homeowner, when he arrived at the residence a short time later.
Fosque is charged with possession of heroin in a tier 5 quantity, possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, possession of a deadly weapon by a person prohibited who also possess a controlled substance, second degree conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia. He has been committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $50,100 cash bond, officials said.
Hudson is charged with possession of heroin in a tier 5 quantity, possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of a deadly weapon by a person prohibited who also possess a controlled substance, maintaining a drug property, second degree conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $38,100 unsecured bond.
Smith is charged with two counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person prohibited. He has been committed to SCI on $7,500 secured.
