Wesley Women fall to Marymount 83-71

The Wesley Wolverines dropped their first CAC matchup to the Marymount Saints 83-71.

Alexus Stroud powered the Wolverines’ offense with 19 points.Kiki Laux had a dominante showing for the Saints, with 23 points and 11 rebounds. Marymount opened the game with a 9-0 run and led the entire game. Wesley was 43.6% from the field, while Marymount had the 53.3% edge.

Wesley heads to Southern Virginia on Saturday to continue conference play.
