UPDATE: Missing Salisbury teen found safe

Police have canceled the search for 16-year-old Gregory Phippin. According to the Salisbury Police Department, as of Monday morning, he had been located.

Police are seeking the public's help locating a missing teenager.

According to the Salisbury Police Department, 16-year-old Gregory Phippin was last seen on Friday on the 700 block of E. Church Street.

Phippin was last reportedly seen wearing a red and black jacket, gray sweatpants, and white sneakers. He is described as being 5'03", 120 pounds, brown hair, and has blue eyes.
