UPDATE: Houston man pleads guilty in connection with meth lab operation

A man charged in connection with a Kent County meth lab operation pleaded guilty and was sentenced on Tuesday morning.
 
According to Delaware Department of Justice officials, Brian McGinnis of Houston, pleaded guilty to one count of second degree conspiracy. He was then sentenced to one year of probation.
 
McGinnis was arrested on drug and conspiracy charges in August after police responded to Williamsville Road because of an ongoing investigation into a meth lab operation.

After a search of the home, police found equipment, component mixtures, and production stages of meth.
