UPDATE: Fatal single car crash under investigation in Hartly

UPDATE: Delaware State Police now report that the man involved in the crash, 29-year-old Elmer C. Jeronimo-Gonzalez of Marydel, Md., has died at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital.

Troopers in Delaware say they are currently on the scene of a single-car crash in Hartly that sent one person to the hospital.

According to reports, the crash happened early Tuesday morning on Halltown Road between Brittney Lane and Crouse Lane, around 3:40 AM.

One person has reportedly been sent to an area hospital in serious condition.
