UPDATE: Counselor pleads guilty to rape in Kent County

A substance abuse counselor charged with sexually abusing a 16-year-old client has pleaded guilty.
According to Delaware Department of Justice officials, Rebecca Winters has pleaded guilty to three counts of fourth degree rape.
Winters was charged with rape and child sexual abuse by a person of trust along with providing alcohol to a minor.
The charges came from an investigation into a boy receiving treatment at Crossroads of Delaware.
Officials say that a pre sentencing investigation has been ordered.
Sentencing is set for February 28 in Kent County Superior Court.
