Seaford man arrested with 630 bags of heroin

Seaford Police say a man was arrested early Tuesday morning with a loaded gun and 630 bags of heroin.
Police reportedly saw 22-year-old Djemsly Florestal stumbling around the North Arch Street area of Seaford shortly after midnight. While speaking to Florestal, police say they saw a bag of marijuana hanging from his coat pocket.
Police arrested Florestal, finding 630 bags of heroin, counterfeit crack cocaine and a loaded 9mm Glock pistol with the serial number removed. He is charged with possession of heroin, possession of marijuana for other than personal use and several illegal firearm and drug-related charges.
Florestal was taken to the Sussex Correctional Institution and is being held on a cash bail of $71,500. His preliminary hearing is on December 22nd.
